Sany America has launched the brand new SCC8100-2 crawler crane in Georgia, which is Sany America’s headquarter. It has 340,000 square feet of manufacturing space and 60,000 square feet of office space. Hydraulic excavators are assembled at the facility, which has the capacity to produce more than 2,000 units per year. The first excavator rolled off the production line in February of 2012.

Sany promotes further cooperation with Oman

The relationship between Sany Crane Department and Oman has been promoted since the establishment of dealer’s company in Nov 2015, when the department and Al Misfat Equipment Company, Sany crane deal in Oman, set up new dealer's company and also the 6S shop.

Al Misfat Equipment Company was established by the chairman of the dealer's company which was set up for expanding Sany's dealer business in Oman. The company had signed a cooperation agreement with Sany in May of last year, and was officially appointed the dealer of Sany in Oman for providing mainframe, accessories, services, and other technical support in local markets. Like mobile crane, crawler crane, tower crane. all have been selling in Oman.

After seven months of cooperation, the sales volume of products and accessories has amounted to 40 million yuan ($6.12million). The 6s shop aims to improve the after-sales service quality and efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and expand market share in local market. Sany Pump Provide Services for China’s No.1 Skyscraper

The No.1 skyscraper of China, Ping An International Finance Center (IFC) in China’s Shenzhen, is to be completed by this year. Sany Group, one of the largest equipment manufacturers in the world, provided three sets of ultra-high pressure trailer pumps, one set of line pump and two sets of placing booms for the construction.  

In consideration of the high viscosity of C100 concrete used in this project, Sany developed a special high-pressure pipeline for HBT90CH2150D ultra-high pressure trailer pump so as to ensure a smooth unblocked pumping. Meanwhile, with the adoption of direct flushing technology, Sany ultra-high pressure trailer pump is capable of flushing all the concrete on pump tube wall clean and directly to the high-rise concrete layer without comprising the concrete quality by using the powerful strength of water pumped upward.

The higher the building is, the pumping of the concrete is more difficult. However, Sany made the mission possible. Thanks to the unique direct flushing technology, Sany trailer concrete pump poured the high strength concrete vertically to 555.5 m high and completed the concrete pumping for one layer every three to four days only during the core tube construction of Ping An IFC, setting an example of green construction in high-rise building projects. 

This unique technology of Sany can not only reduce the waste and pollution of concrete, water consumption but also improve construction efficiency, save more time and labor from dismantling the pump tube and cleaning it again.
