The following points are what you need to
know about the preparation work before use of a mobile crane.
1.
Check tyre pressure and its condition;
take measures if there are damages.
2.
Walk around the truck crane and
examine if there is leakage.
3.
Check whether the engine cooling
water, engine oil and fuel is sufficient or not.
4.
Drain away water in air
cylinder.
5.
Check whether the battery
terminal is tightly fastened and the level of electrolyte.
6.
Check all meters, switches,
lights, signals, and windscreen wipers to make sure they can work.
7.
Check steering system and
braking system and check the liquid level in the steering oil tank and in the clutch
reservoir.
8.
Check the transmission shaft bolts,
the U-bolts, hub bolts, and wheel nuts to see whether they are tight enough or
if they are damaged or fractured.
9.
Check the indicator of air
filter. Clean and change the air filter if the indicator is in bright red.
Clean dust pan at the bottom of air filters regularly.
10.
Drain water in the fuel pre-filter.
